We do not receive or store any credit card information. This information is taken and processed on our behalf by the secure servers of Protx and HSBC Bank plc.

This site does use cookies to store login sessions to enable us to track the logged in users. Cookies are used when entering our site to record the location of each visitor.  All cookies expire when the browser window is closed and the session is ended.  In no way does the site store tracking cookies. Cookies are also set to store shopping basket items and this information is used to track the contents of your shopping cart if you choose to make a purchase.

We keep a record of all your purchases for accounting purposes and so that any problems that may occur are more easily rectified.

We will on occasion email our registered customers with information regarding new products or services we offer but you are able to unregister from this service at any time and are given the opportunity at the bottom of every email we send.
