ReturnsA delivery charge of £5.50 will be added to all orders within the United Kingdon. All orders sent outside the UK will incur an additional delivery charge of £5.00 to Europe, an additional £7.00 to the United States, and an additional £9.50 delivery charge to Asia and Australia regardless of the order value. Your order will normally be dispatched using Royal Mail first class post within 24 hours so should be with you within 1-2 days. However we cannot control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail to deliver your package so please allow 28 days as a maximum delivery time. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available during the checkout process priced at an additional £2.00 which ensures delivery by 1pm the next working day. This applies to UK orders placed before 1pm. Cancellation You can cancel your purchase at any time after placing the order, up to seven days after the receipt of the goods, without having to give a reason. When you cancel you should return the products, unused, to us within 30 days using the returns procedure detailed below. We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned goods in an acceptable condition. Product Returns Policy If you receive a product which needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded. Please return it to us within 30 days using the returns procedure below. You will need to pay the postage on the returned goods. If however, your return is due to a manufacturing fault, then we will refund your postage costs once the return has been processed. Returns Procedure 1. Please package up the products to be returned carefully and place in a suitable padded envelope. If you still have the original packaging that would be ideal. 2. Please include your original dispatch note and write on there the details relating to your return and any exchange info if relevant. If you haven't got your original dispatch note please enclose your returns details on a separate sheet of paper quoting your original order number (this helps us to track your return quickly) and your name and address. 3.
